White head on upper lip?!?

Oral herpes is a cold sore... I've had them a few times and they go away eventually, it's nothing to worry about and they are actually quite hard to catch. And no, that's not the usual symptoms anyway. Cold sores are red and feel hot and dry, and really bad ones can be flakey. I've never known one to come with spots.
