1st date questions- Ladies Please answer sincerely! Thanks?

When I pick the girl up for the date is it corny/ stereotypical to bring flowers, or would it be better to send flowers the next day if the date went well or is that seem like your catching on to the person really fast. I mean some relationships develop slow, others, very fast. I tend to be in between. Ladies give me some tips of what you want to see/ here on the first date. I have known this girl since 6 years ago in high school. I know a fair amount about her but need to get caught up. Right now I am going to pick her up with flowers in hand, go to the restaurant of her choice, then to the movie of her choice, then drive her home. Do you think if it goes well I go in for a kiss, do I let her make that call. Let me know all you think please thank you.
