Birmingham or Manchester ? Which one is more multi-racial with a lot of Africans ?

The reason I am asking this is because I currently live in London but I am planning to move either to Birmingham or Manchester ; London is a great city with people from all backgrounds so no one can feel out of place ; however I have never been to Birmingham or Manchester , so I do not know if those two cities are as multi-racial as London and if there are as many Africans there than in London ; that's why I am asking to get various opinion to make sure that I choose the right city to go to , where I would not feel out of place for being the only black African young woman there.
