Right now, who is better at promos, John Cena or Randy Orton?

Randy Orton is way better a promos then John Cena. When Randy Orton makes a promo, he makes it short, serious, and he gets straight to his point. John Cena on the other hand, his promos are so long it gets boring. John Cena ends up asking for a fight at the end, but Randy Orton just gives an RKO out of nowhere with asking for anything. John Cena tries to makes his promos a commedy, but you're right; he tries to be too funny at cracking jokes it gets corny. But when he gets serious and starts actually owning someone, it gets interesting. But either way, Randy Orton can cut better promos than John Cena.
