Please help me! I'm just so lonely!?

I'm 14 almost 15 soon and I have never had a boyfriend..Not the problem though. I have turned down boys that have asked me out before because I thought I wasnt ready yet...and I wasnt. But now I just feel like I need someone. Not like my family or bestfriend but someone to love. I know it sounds corny and all but I dont mean sex or even kissing and everything. Just someone to be with and hold. Ha this sounds so cheesy. But has anyone ever felt this way? Im on summer break now and ill be a freshman next year...This boy likes me alot should I talk to him?
