Solve 0 ≤ θ ≤ 360º, the equation 4 cos θ + 3 sin θ = 3.5 sec θ.?

I have a bet with a friend that I can work out various maths questions he sends me by 4th July 2011 but I have no idea how to work them out? Anyone have any ideas?
