I'm making my Dad a father's day card, what do you think of my ideas? tell me if they are too corny please?

I'm taking a regular piece of printer paper and then folding it in half. on the top side, i'm going to write: "to: the best dad a person could ask for" and then on the inside im going to write a note to him telling him how much I appreciate and love him. im going to cut out designs out of construction paper and glue them onto the card. he really likes golf, so on the back of the card, it's going to be a big golf ball made from construction paper. what do you think? :D
